How you’ll live past 110!

What if you were 110 years old right now and you had all the energy and vitality of someone who is 55? What if you were not on any medication and your great grand children were all hanging out with you, asking you HOW YOU DID IT??!

WHAT IS SUPERFOOD?!

Was all food created equally, or is there such a thing as “superfood?” Regular readers of Natural News know the answer. Of course there are superfoods, and it’s about time you knew about them too.

Superfoods are those which go above and beyond other foods in terms of the health benefits they offer. And http://www.naturalnews.com/010314_Miracle_Greens_superfoods.html

as early as 2005</a>, NaturalNews.com, a news and information website developed by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, was reporting on the amazing health benefits of superfoods containing http://www.naturalnews.com/001539_NOLINKS_superfoods.html”>chlorella (a powerful blood- and liver cleanser as well as anti-cancer agent); spirulina (anti-cancer, brain support, stabilizing for blood sugar); quinoa (complete protein in a “grain”); and wheat grass (loaded with phytonutrients, chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals)</a>.

 Can these superfoods cure disease?

“They can absolutely help reverse chronic disease,” says the Health Ranger.

For years, Natural News has led the way in identifying, and reporting on, these and so many other superfoods:

— Chia: http://www.naturalnews.com/027035_chia_seeds_health.html which can be traced back to the Aztec Empire</a> of Central and South America, literally means “strength” and was considered more valuable than gold because of its ability to enhance endurance;

— Bee pollen http://www.naturalnews.com/027566_bee_pollen_immune_system.html”>is known to be one of the most potent immune-system enhancers</a>, says Health Ranger eHeahMike Adams;

— Maca,  http://www.naturalnews.com/028228_maca_superfood.html”>ancient superfood of the Incas and known to enhance libido</a>, as well as provide added nutrition;

– Kale, a member of the Brassica family of vegetables that includes cabbage, collards, and Brussels sprouts, are http://www.naturalnews.com/028228_maca_superfood.html”>known for their richness in anti-oxidants and sulfur containing phytonutrients</a>;

— Even coconuts  http://www.naturalnews.com/029841_coconut_superfood.html”>have incredible health benefits</a> and in fact, coconut “mother’s milk” is “considered the most perfect food on the planet for human consumption do to its ideal nutritional content and immune boosting compounds,” Natural News reported.

Where to find such wonderful nutrition? Mike Adams tells you:

http://www.naturalnews.com/030481_superfoods_nutrition.html  No. 1 source for superfood</a> is actually <b>my local grocery store</b> where I buy fresh, organic blueberries, raspberries, celery, lettuce greens, yams, avocados and other fresh produce. That gets turned into fresh veggie juice or a steamed yam dinner with a side of quinoa flavored with fresh herbs and sea salt!”</i>

    While I agree with most of what you write and your logic, I still must be be certain and skeptical of all I read regardless of the source. In my quest to find truth, I have yet to meet healthy 110 year old people. I hear sparingly of them, but never see them.

    NaturalNews talks of Cascadian Farms conspiring to kill California’s Prop 37 (?), regarding not wanting to label GMO foods. They link to your site for me to read the article, but I can’t find it on your site. It would be most helpful if your cross-linking actually led to the articles’ information, rather than leading to other non-related articles.

    With all respect, thank you for your valuable work and information.
