Consider these concepts, and then relay your own life to these simple suggestions for mental awareness, clarity, and prosperity: Does being “wealthy” always mean you have a lot of money, or does it mean you are balanced, wise and “fruitful?” Does being “healthy” mean you don’t have any ailments whatsoever, ever, or does it mean you have built up your natural immunity to most illnesses which strike the general public? Does self-sabotage mean you did something on purpose to yourself to prevent add to all this chaos, or does it just mean there’s a “thumb tack” sticking in your plans, a “thorn in your side” in other words, and all you have to do is find it and remove it?
If someone could point right at your toughest problems, and you could simply reach out and remove them, would you do it? When? Right away, or would you wait? Would you say you were to busy to fix your problems, or do you just not like someone giving you the answers to them?
If someone you love was being hurt by a vicious dog, and you knew the dog’s name and could call him off, would you do it, or would you wait? What if it was your fault the dog got out in the first place, would you feel guilty about the whole incident, and not do anything about the dog attacking your friend or relative until it was too late, or would you change the situation right away? People are often fast to react to something when it has a simple solution, like removing a tack from the seat you’re sitting on, but people are often slow to fix problems that involve emotions, self sabotage, guilt or mental awareness. It’s easy to categorize mental awareness as being something you “do” or “practice” alone, in some quiet room, maybe with candles lit, soft music playing, and with fresh air to breathe, but mental awareness, clarity, and peace of mind must be present all the time to be healthy and wealthy, in the true sense of the words.
State of mind is everything. Attitude is everything. You’ve heard it before. But most people who want to improve their situation don’t have the tools, the coach, the advice, the path to follow to learn and get “good” at it. After all, there are some skills involved in becoming more focused on what matters most to your life and dropping all the habits and rituals that destroy, hinder, or straight out block your ability to get where you want to be and enjoy the journey to the fullest. Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, is a master of this. His journalism and tireless sharing of these tools and insights is phenomenal. Check out some of the following links and change your life starting right now. It’s all about awareness, of self and environment, or world and universe, of energy and light. Flip your lights on and get healthy and wealthy for good!
Mike Adams and Mike Bundrant are linking us to the following very valuable and free information on this: “The information in this video has been called the missing link in mental health and personal development. In a world full of shallow, quick-fix techniques, second rate psychology and pharmaceutical takeovers, real solutions have become nearly impossible to find. This presentation will turn your world upside down.”
